Been going here for PC parts for a few years now and they’re great! The people I usually see working are gamers themselves so they have lots of experience with what I need. They also always seem excited to talk about different games coming out and other relevant topics so it feels really personable. It’s not like other big tech chains where it feels like the people working just know what their basic training taught them. They clearly know what they’re talking about here and are passionate about it.

They also always have pretty good rotating sales. I’ve needed a new CPU & motherboard for a long time, and there was almost always a bundle on sale that fit my needs whenever I checked. I recently ordered a CPU/motherboard/ram bundle and was able to pick it up in store the same day. I had to get a new fan at the same time, and the person working was happy to explain what my options were, and why certain fans were better than others for my build. I initially went in planning to get the cheapest fan that’d work for my build, but they talked me into getting an AIO fan. Did they do that to make more money? Maybe, but it was definitely the best choice for me. The CPU I got heats up REALLY quickly, so I think a cheaper fan would have really struggled to keep it at a good temperature. They also warned me about a power supply that I was going to get a few months ago. I didn’t realize the brand I was going to get was known to have issues. They warned me right away and recommended another power supply/brand that was a similar price. They didn’t have to do that, especially when it didn’t mean they were going to make more money recommending another, so I appreciate that they did.

Awesome computer store.

Positive points:
– A wide range of available parts, A way better than bestbuy.(I am no longer going to buy anything from best buy after my last terrible experience with geek squad).
– Most of the agents have good technical skills. They helped me every time I go for shopping.
– Nice customer support.
– I have been waiting for a serious hardware computer store for so long now. At last we have it now in downtown.
– You can use flexiti financial to buy products that cost above 500$ before taxes, with 6 months payement schedule with 0% interest.
– Price matching

Negative points:
– Don’t sell custom liquid solution, cpu/gpu water block, reservoir, hybrid gpu, water cooled gpu.
– Some of the agents are just sales men/lady. They lack the technical knowledge that you expect. Make sure to talk to someone who has serious technical knowledge.
– Some items need to be brought from other nearby stores, stock shortage.

Agents:
– Mr. leo is an agent with great customer service support skills.
– Mr. Paul exceeds in both technical and customer support skills.

But generally, this is by far the best computer hardware store in downtown. I love it. I am lucky to live nearby

**WARNING** DO NOT ENTER A PAYMENT PLAN. I was told it was 0 interest for 6 months. Upon signing up, and reading the contract I saw a massive 36% annual interest. I brought it up to the clerk, and he proceeded to take back the phone and “fix” it. I NEVER got the phone back. LIKE AN IDIOT I trusted him. Upon arriving home and registering all the information online, what do I see? 36% interest. DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES. THIS IS A SCAM, AND DIRECT BREACH OF CONFIDENCE. I was lied to directly to my face, so he could get a quick sale under his belt. I am now stuck with an abusive payment plan, that I am scrambling to pay off before it gets worse.
