This was back in 2021 but it crossed my mind again today and I’m still livid so here I am. My cellphone turned into a black brick so I brought it here, and I specifically noted that my priority was 1) getting all my files/pictures/data back and 2) getting the phone working again if possible. I felt assured that my request would be handled properly. They did a great job fixing the actual cellphone, but you can guess what happened to all my data… I lost everything and was DEVASTATED. Years of memories and compiled information gone, including some truly irreplaceable things that meant the world to me, I literally cried the night I got my cellphone back. I obviously should have done regular backups (I sure do now) but I still cannot believe that they either ignored my request or didn’t care enough to try to save my data. And if backups aren’t part of their business, why they decided to accept my request instead of sending me elsewhere is beyond me. If they couldn’t save my data, they at least should have warned me, when I brought it in or immediately before proceeding to fix. Whether malicious or blatantly ignorant, I have never been more unimpressed with a business. If you only care about getting your hardware working, fine. But if you care about the contents on your device, stay FAR FAR away. You have been warned. And always back up your devices, you never know when they will seize up

I replaced my battery there for my i phone but the life is dying the same and it is not an i phone battery i didnt know it needed to be to be optimal and it was more expensive then just going to an apple store BUT i bought my phone from a shady guy years ago and it has been having glitches, people hacking me my location and type of phone was always “unknown” when the battery was replaced technically now it at least shows proper location and recognizes that it is an i phone 13. So if i had the time i would go to the store and have him fix it which he said he would do but i just dont have the time. But the fact he offered to replace fix and gave me a guarantee in fixing my issue, is commendable. i just literally dont have the time and i’ll go to the apple store next month. So I dont wanna go over 2 stars but hes been good at communicating so i give 3 cuz im nice. I just dont have the energy to care that much about my battery when i should of known to go to apple in the first place and thats on me my personal experience is all cheers

Amazing!!! My sons phone had a weight dropped on it at the gym. Went completely black, wouldn’t power on or turn on when plugged in.
Took it to a different cellphone fix it shop and they checked it out and said they tried a new screen and that didn’t work and that the drop wrecked the internal system and that the phone wasn’t fixable and was just garbage now.

Did some research and found Original Cellphone!! Took it in for a second opinion.
He opened it up right there and had a look. Told me it was the screen and damage to the motherboard and gave me a quote.
We decided to try and fix it and the very next day I got a call saying it was ready!!!!!!!
EVERYTHING is back to its original state. Photos, apps, text messages….everything was restored!!!
Will only go here with any cell phone issues from now on. A garbage phone in one shop to fully restored here!
Plus the owner (I’m assuming that’s who I was dealing with) was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and priced very fairly.
