I can thoroughly recommend Robin if you need help with your Apple computer. From the initial phone call with him through to completion of fixing and updating my computer he made everything straight forward, understandable and easy. He went to great lengths to understand what I used the computer for so that he could advise on what I would require with the device that I have at the least possible expense. I will certainly use him again if I need to.
Robin was very pleasant and helpful. He fitted additional RAM and gave my Imac a tune up with no pressure to purchase anything I did not require – it is now running perfectly. The computer was picked up from my home and returned the following day – great service. i will definitely use Robin again if I require any further work although next time I shall probably take a run out to Felixstowe.
Fantastic service. I purchased a used MacBook for my mum and later found it to have some faults. He was very honest and explaining what could be replaced, if it was likely to fix the problem and what would financially be the best options.
