My husband brought my son IPhone XR into him to get a new charger fitted on the phone as it would not charge using the cable. We had already had a estimated price for the repair of PS40 -PS50 so my husband took it in expecting it to be repaired in a week or so
When he took it in the gentleman checked the phone and proceeded to remove large amounts of fluff from the phone charger port. After a few minutes he checked it with a charging cable and it was book in working order. Stunning service though he wouldn’t charge anything for the repair
My husband felt he deserved some business so he bought a case and has since told many of his friends what a great repair shop this is. If you have any phone repairs we would highly recommend

I wanted to get the O2 shop to look at my phone as the charging cable into the phone wasn’t working. I hadn’t realised O2 had closed the local shop.

I passed Oswestry Phone Repair on my way back to the car and thought I’d nip in to see if they could help. To be honest I wasn’t that hopeful.

Credit where credit is due the gentleman that served me was polite, friend, knowledgeable and saved the day.

Within a few minutes he diagnosed the issue with the phone, he set about trying to sort it out and fixed the issue. My phone is back with the ability to use a charging lead again.

Cannot thank him enough for being chatty, friendly and extremely helpful.

Very helpful and quick service. My camera lense cover was smashed quite badly. They ordered the part and within half an hour my phone was fix for a fraction of the price it would have cost if it had been to One Plus factory. Would definitely recommend the phone repair shop.
