After a two-day struggle with a snapped screen cable and a bootloop failure due to a new battery not detected, I was at the end of my wits and means. I took it to Othman, and within half an hour, the welcome screen of my iPhone was begging me for my PIN. Due to time constraints, we couldn’t go for the full repair, but at least my phone is alive! He is very kind and dedicated, and he definitely deserves all these stars and all his great reviews. Vielen Dank, Othman!
Othman tried to fix my daughters phone for free. Unfortunately it did not work anymore. But we also had car troubles and he helped me to find somebody that could fix my campervan. His friend came to my campervan and fixed it on the street, for free. I am grateful for Othman and Ali’s help, they made me feel safe and welcome in this city that we were only passing through as tourists.
The owner is responsive through whatsapp and he has fair prices for his service, we fixed a pixel and iphone broken screen there. Both phones work fine. We just had a bit of trouble with the pixel touch sensor which i think he should have been more up to date and know that it’s a software issue not hardware.
