Bought an iMac, arrived with a defective fan as sounded like it was about to take off. Contrary to Our Deal trying to fob it off as apple have loud fans, this was not the case. I then had to pay to send it back only for them to not do anything with it but send the same defected machine back. They refused to reimburse me for the wasted payment sending it back and wanted me to then send it back again, paid this time so shows they could have done this for customers the first time. Due to a serious family bereavement, when I could go through the inconvenience of sending the big machine back, they said it was out of warranty and nothing they could do. Shameful service and selling defective goods.
