We love coming here and always have fun when we do. However every single time we are here the same group of teens/young men are extremely loud and obnoxious. They don’t respect the fact others are trying to enjoy their experience. When the owner is here, he’s awesome at keeping them down. But any other staff member doesn’t care to ask this group to quiet down.

Multiple times throughout our visit we are forced to switch seats as the group is so loud and screaming at each other, as if they aren’t a metre away from each other.

A father and his young daughter were trying to enjoy their night together, but this group clearly made them uncomfortable. I feel so bad that their experience was tainted due to this.

I really hope management trains their staff to say something to this loud group. They are ruining the place.

Very bad experience very bad stuff we’ve been going there for five years so what happened? Is we went to today with my friend to play counterstrike and then we had a little bit of fun and then we didn’t even feel our voice was a little bit loud because we had the headphone on and the guy he jumped from his chair and start yelling at us and start to say some bad word to us to make our voice low he can just come gently and ask us to make our voice lower and then there is no one was there was empty shop so he can just come and talk to us we can make the voice slow. Had a very bad experience to talk with people very very very bad place to go to again and I will never go there after I send them so many people. But no more, I hope they change the customer service and the cashier thank you….
