Above and beyond! Our phone was water damaged so there was no saving it, and the teen was locked out of his iCloud account (hint: don’t make the password retrieval phone number the same as your one and only Apple device!). But Harry had a replacement phone and got us up and running, even around our busy schedule and his own. Highly recommend this tiny shop if you want great service
Harry is friendly, professional and very good at what he does. The fact that he does excellent work at a fair price is few and far between in 2023. He had me up and running quickly and I thought that it wasn’t possible. Do not hesitate to bring your phone/tablet repair needs to him, you will not be disappointed.
