I have used Oxford computers three times now, most recently, this morning. Twice onsite, and once offsite. My experience has been very positive, and the service was reasonably priced. My services involved a full laptop maintenance on two machines: cleaning, application of thermal paste, removal of CPU/GPU, and reassembly, as well as the replacement of a faulty CPU fan. Oxford computers is clearly a competent, reputable, organisation, and I have no hesitation in recommending them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future as needed.
My Lacie 2TB Hard Drive had lost power and was worried i would have lost all my data. Shaf quickly got back to me with the problem and rectified it. The job cost a lot less than the figure i head in my head and the service was done with a smile
We had a problem logging in on our computer and within 24 hours the problem was diagnosed and repaired. A service that I would regularly use and one that I would recommend to my friends
