Decided to build my own computer and had a tonne of issues. First contacted these guys when hardware was faulty and was given very helpful advice resulting in me sending the motherboard back for replacement. When hardware was working i had blue screening issues due to a conflict between the on board graphics and the graphics cards, driver errors, k-mode errors all kinds of fun and games. Was well out of my comfort zone so gave to these guys and sorted out all my issues in a day, as well as additionally discovering one of my sticks of RAM was faulty and i needed to replace. Was, helpful and friendly throughout, very different to the rude and abrasive service i experienced from just about every other computer service i spoke with in Bicester. Fully recommend on points of both competence and service.
