My partner has has his phone fixed a couple of weeks ago. Firstly they were meant to have it fixed for 6pm the same day. I rang and they said that they thought it was for the next day( it was wrote on the receipt it was for the end of that day when took in). I rang at dinner time the next day to be told they had to find his phone as they had misplaced it. Finally at 4pm they messaged and said it was fixed. He has had his phone back for 2 weeks and the screen is glitchy and the charger port still doesn’t work after paying them to fix that also. It presses on things itself. Just complete rubbish service. The quality of the screen is poor. It has gone down hill the past year. We will not be using it again.
Fantastic friendly people and service. Good on prices and know how. Took in a broken laptop and I initially lost all hope of it being fixed. Was gutted as was an expensive laptop. Fortunately the guys at the shop told me not to worry and they fixed it quickly and at an affordable price. Since then I’ve been in and bought a few phones for family at good prices. We’ll worth visiting if you need to buy or repair phones tablets etc
Been using these a while and have always been pleased with the service, but the latest repair has made me lose faith in ever using them again.
The screen replacement just glitches quite frequently and shows the cheap quality replacements they are using.
It’s better than a cracked screen though.
