I had a computer charging issue and because I need my computer for school it was important I get it fixed ASAP. I brought my computer into the Windsor Dougall location at 2:30pm and got it back by 5:00pm the same day. He was very friendly, made sure to keep me around in case the fix was small, showed me some demonstrations to help me understand, called me before doing the main work, and gave me some helpful tips for my computer. Would recommend!
I have bought a computer here over 10 years ago. Still works but its time to upgrade. He recommended a few but picked one within my price. I got a laptop, it is new and I love it. My money was well spent here and I can recommend this place.
