At first, I was impressed with the service. My Nintendo Wii U was showing an error code and they said they could fix it. I was happy because I don’t use it that much and I didn’t want to switch to a newer format plus have to replace my discs. They kept it for a month and I kept checking back, and eventually they said it was fixed. I was also told there was a money-back guarantee if I got it home and it didn’t work within 30 days.

Then things went wrong. When I took it home and hooked it up, the error code came back on. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I did and I didn’t hear from them again.

After two months, I finally called. I was told the technician was sick and I’d get a call back the next day. No call. I called them a few days later, and after some confusion, I was told that it was working and I should bring in a game so they could show me. When I did that, the error code came back on just as it had two months prior. I got the feeling they’d done nothing with it since working on it the first time. Did they not believe me?

The technician said that he’d spent time on it, so I only got $50 of my $95 back. I’m a patient person, but I wish they’d just told me they couldn’t fix it, and not kept it for another two months, and/or called me to pick it up if they weren’t going to fix it, and not told me there was a money-back guarantee if there wasn’t. I understand that they spent time on it, but they should have explained their terms in the first place. Plus, I don’t know if anyone ever would have called me. In the end, I paid almost $50 to go there multiple times, phone there even more times, and be ignored.

My fiance took his phone here to get a new battery put in as his phone had stopped charging. After the gentleman replaced his battery, his phone screen developed hot spots along the top and the front camera and back cameras became full of condensation. He took his phone back and the guy told him it wasn’t anything he did. My fiance had to go back a couple times to get the cameras fixed and the last time he went back the guy told him he wasn’t taking it apart to “fix” it again and that he should just buy a new screen and new cameras for his phone. My fiance paid $75 to have his phone wrecked.. yes it charges but now his cameras don’t work properly. Do not recommend going here. They don’t take accountability for things they wreck.

I phoned in to ask if they carry 6.35mm stereo to rca cables and they had no clue what I was asking. 2 different employees didn’t have a clue. They said I would have to come to the store. Drove all the way to the store to jave them still looking confused when I showed them the actual cable. 10 min of searching through boxes of what looked like used cables to jave them tell me they don’t have any. Waste of time and gas. How do you have an electronics store when ur employees know nothing about electronics. Very, very poor service and absolutely no knowledge of their buisness. Won’t be going back.
