Hi, you leave me no choice to reply this review as I was very honest and fair with you the whole process of selling this phone till you complain about then phone after few weeks and I offer you a replacement phone on the spot with out any question ask.
In the conversation of replacement phone you said I buy this phone while your phone gone for insurance claim and as now your phone come back from insurance you don’t need this phone anymore so you only want the refund.
What makes me think that you used my service and phone and now after two weeks you want a refund because you have your phone back.
Which is not fair on me and on top you used abusing language and threaten me for leaving a bad review on google if I don’t do full refund which I refuse to do, as my phone is perfectly fine.
I mark this review as a violation of public service and threatening.

In reply to this comment I never used bad language or threatening behaviour I just said the phone wouldn’t charge to capacity and it wasn’t fit for purpose as requested when I bought the phone for my daughter it’s not the 1st time I’ve had a issue with you and I will never recommend you to friends or family if you tell lies all I said was leave it to my daughter and go to the ombudsman but as you aren’t registered with them ( how convenient) there’s nothing they can do so that says it all really

I came in last Saturday for a phone (iPhone XS) I got this phone for PS199 the phone had only 80% capacity the top of the screen didn’t work properly on top of this the phone after 10 minutes of use it would heat up extremely bad. A iPhone XS in good condition goes for about PS140 I have checked. I understand referb phones are not brand new however he didn’t let me know what the capacity on the phone would be or any issues that could happen. So we came back in this Saturday to get a refund as I don’t feel comfortable getting a swap as the next phone could be just as bad I wanted a refund so I could put it towards a new phone with better battery health, to which he start to raise his voice saying all he can do if swap it and that I only wanted a refund because I got a new phone (I haven’t I’m currently using a old Samsung for alarms) he kept saying it’s not a new phone you should know the issues however when I am paying just under 200 for a phone you’d expect it to be in better condition

I got my phone fixed so many times by them. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer services, the quality of products and the parts they use for repair is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectations every time. Highly recommend
