Excellent service at the store. Travis was calm, patient and helpful in answering all my questions within hours of checking everything out. I only needed a new battery, not a new iPhone and options re: laptop were offered in a neutral, non-pressured or hurried way. Most appreciated. However, I also learned that, although Apple Support Services gave me an appointment time with sit-down assistance at this store, this is not a service actually offered by the store itself – this was an issue with Apple Support, not Palantir Computers. I would definitely go back to Palantir.

I was hopeful when using their computer diagnostic service at first…

However, when I went to pick up my desktop PC, they told me they were unable to completely test the motherboard and test the CPU because they didn’t have Ryzen 9 in store for testing purposes

So I feel I paid the full service fee for an incomplete diagnostic service. There was no offer from them for refund or discount

After speaking with their associates Palantir is retesting and will investigate the cpu. Updating my review to 5 stars to reflect the service

My old iPad mini (almost 10 years old) was dying and when I took it into Palantir, Travis had to break the news to me that it was beyond repair.

He set me up with a new iPad and I am thrilled. Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I had heard excellent feedback from friends who recommended Palantir and I’m now hearing more people who have had excellent service with them when I share my experience.

Thank you so much Travis from Palantir for the trouble free and easy transfer from my old iPad to my new one.
