Avoid these con artists!
The PC they sent me didn’t work and was constantly crashing.
I had carefree warranty but it was awful and the customer support was useless!
All they did was come up with excuses like its common for PCs to break between testing and delivery or it must have been something i downloaded. Absolutely disgraceful responses!
After 3 weeks of customer support not being able to help I decided to request a refund to which they replied “have you tried a different OS”.
I sent it back and got an email saying it worked fine and I would be charged a restocking fee of 10% which was nearly 300 quid or “I could have it back with all fees waived”! What a scam!
Should of read their reviews as this seems to happen to alot of people!
What’s weird is alot of reviewers, even positive ones, say their PC came faulty which is not normal!

Take your money elsewhere like I eventually did and save yourself the headache!

Edit: The response from the seller is wrong.
My PC wasn’t bought in 2022 and was returned within a month of the purchase.
Either the seller is lying or confused with another disappointed customer.

All too often, when issues crop up, people can be neutral at best and I don’t want to be that here. I want to acknowledge the considerable efforts this company went to in making sure our issue was fully resolved.

I found Palicomp quick to act, demonstrating real patience, politeness and professionalism in resolving things for us.

If you are in Northern Ireland and are on the fence about ordering from this company, this is just to let you feel assured that you can give them your custom.

I felt compelled to write this and I’ve posted a similar positive review elsewhere because they understood the very human element of what we were going through and they addressed it perfectly.

I will come back to them for a future PC for the very reasons they’ve given me to above. Lot of respect for how courteous and quick to act they were and that deserves acknowledgement.

Burned twice with these guys
Got a refund for deleting bad review
but not even a thank you for going out of my way paying for postage. Treated badly after giving a second chance just wanted more fans in pc as it was literally burning my hand to the touch even said I had family and pets it was a safety issue and all they could say is it worked they didn’t care .
It’s funny last time they changed things I didn’t want r end a graphics card I paid extra for ti a cheaper model .
I try and support smaller businesses but when ya treated ti two weeks waiting for nothing caus their boss told them not to do the thing we arranged for…oh but I did get re offered it at a higher price than what was agreed.
I tried being nice but it wasn’t returned. Only got slightly further from leaving bad review the first time it’s all they respond to
