I’ve used Paul Peter’s to fix my vacuum cleaner and iron in the past. On. It’s occasions the service was fast, reliable and good value for money. This time around my oven element had broken. After discussing with the very helpful staff I was advised that by the time I’d paid for a new part, VAT and fitting I may as well purchase a new oven. Given this was Xmas eve I was sceptical to whether to proceed but the staff reassured me that a new oven could arrive not only the same day but within 30 mins to which they duly obligated. The van arrived within 30 mins of me leaving the store and the staff member fitted the oven and showed me how it worked.The staff are helpful, knowledgable and great value for money. A very trustworthy company, I will take all my electrical repairs & new purchases here from now on, highly recommended. Happy Xmas all, a great locally based company to rely on.

Anyone reading this could you please help me how to report this. I requested that they check our cooker stove, the man came down and checked it, without explaining to me what the problem was, he switched it off without letting me know. I rang them back and he said it was stuck on, I explained that it wasn’t, I was actually using it until he came to check it that’s why it was still hot. I have pleaded with them to come and switch it on as I have a 3 years old child who only eats certain cooked foods and has been starving for 3 days now. I’m emotionally exhausted as I do not know what to do as I have no one else to turn to in this country. I have told him I’m ready to pay for anything but they haven’t showed up or contacted me up to now. Please anyone I need help to get it switched back on. My small child is hungry . He doesn’t eat fast foods.

Very disappointed because we wanted to support a local business. I rang 9 days ago for a washing machine repair. They took my details, said someone would get back to me with a date. 3 days later and no call, I decided to go into the shop, only to be told someone would get back to me within 7 days. Here we are and not even the common courtesy of a phone call to say they couldn’t get out to repair. Very bad customer service. I understand if they are busy but they could have rung me to tell me that.
