I got my laptop screen replaced after it was broken. however, because my laptop is newer it was hard to find a replacement screen, but Dave did his best to find one.
He bought 2 different screens and they didn’t work, so he had to return them. And I wasn’t charged a single cent during that time.
But you know what they say, the 3rd time’s a charm, so that’s what happened. I bought another screen and dropped it all off at his again. He replaced it and I was able to pick my laptop up the next day. I only paid for the labour since I already bought the screen.
As a university student with not much money, he’s a life saver.
Heard a horrible noise from one of my computer fans – gave the PC in to get it checked out and see what could be done, and he found the problem and removed the problematic fan within a few hours! As soon as he got the new fan in, he fixed the problem within 24 hours and installed a new SSD to make the PC run faster! It runs so much faster now and the new fan is keeping my PC a lot cooler than before! A lot cheaper than any chain place like Currys etc. Definitely recommend PC Aid for help
Fantastic service, absolutely faultless. After contacting Mr Skinner to arrange a collection time which worked for both of us he arrived on time to collect and it was repaired and returned very efficient!
