Staff at PC-Alex are down-to-earth and never ,,surrender” before the respective problem is finally solved. Quitting is not an option for them.
Nevertheless, they do their best to finalize every job as soon as possible!
In my opinion this company does not mainly focus on profiteering rather than serving their clientele on eye level and with competitive prices.

He was rude to me. He started asking if I used to play frisbie with my laptop, not a very proffesional comment. The whole conversation had a rude tone. He also told me he would call me the next day to tell me what was happening with it, but he never did. I went to ask what was the problem with the laptop and he continued being rude towards me. Great people who still care about the customer. Went there with a messed up hard drive two days before I had to turn in my exam papers. Explained the situation and they fixed it, and I was able to pick it up the next day. Price was very reasonable I was expecting much more especially for Express service.
