Well, it was a long time ago that I ordered a cable and a battery. I contacted them after a couple of weeks about the battery and they aid that the delivery was having issues and the would let me know as soon as it arrived….. I never heard back from them.
Now I contact them to see if they have an SSD available. They give me a price for the drive, then installation of windows, followed by labour and installation fee… All well and good… So I asked what brand the drive was. They gave me 2 brands, even though I asked which one was that price… So I asked again what brand it was, and if it was crucial was it the MX or BX variant… They didn’t answer that….
They then told me if I wanted to buy or anything that I had to call on the phone or visit in store…

After this, I asked again about he battery and my 3m cable… They said they have 2m cables in stock… Even though i had the 3m one there waiting for the battery to come in so I would get them in one trip.

So I still have no battery, no cable, and now they won’t sell me a drive…

Using the live chat has the log… Phone calls have the log too…. In person has the logs as well…

The live chat just means they can go check things and do what they need to do as it isn’t urgent like it would be in store or on he phone… They would not be able to do other things in the mean time…

I don’t understand these people, but I would highly recommend that our avoid them as they apparently don’t want to sell anything to anyone.

I would go 1 star if they didn’t even do less than the bare minimum of effort to answer the chat and just ignored everything.

came in due putting in new parts and my monitor not displaying, the guy (beleived his name is Quinn?) helped me as he said I didn’t update bios and was very quick to help and was super friendly, didn’t end up charging me for it because it was a common error people do before switching parts. Highly reccomend this guy, amazing service, will be coming back whenever I need assistance and suggest others do it too!

after an initial call to the shop about a faulty SD port on my laptop, he was able to suggest a much more inexpensive fix. He provided me with a USB-SD adaptor card reader for a fraction of a potential repair job cost. Staff are very knowledgeable and have friendly disposition and are easy to chat with. I would highly recommend PC AUS for your computing and tech needs.
