I’m sharing the experience I’ve had with this store. My girlfriend and I took her notebook to analyze a external defect on it, the attendant, who I believe is the owner of this store, said he needed to open it to check if there wasn’t even any other piece inside damage and said he would send a quote by email the next day as the store was almost closing time, I told him we would be in a hurry as she is a lawyer and I use a laptop to work at home. The next day I called him in the afternoon and he said he would still check and he would call me back. After that the store closed and he didn’t call us back, the next day I saw that he had sent the quote in the email with a price much higher than expected, we went to the store to say that were not interest in the service because the price was higher than expected and we asked for the notebook, he said that the notebook was disassembled and that he could only deliver it the next day because he had other services ahead. In short, we lost 3 days without being able to use the notebook, my girlfriend had a lot of work behind due to this and we still had to pay a fee of 20 pounds for “checking the parts” which he didn’t tell us before that we should pay it in the case we do not decide to do the service there. I do not recommend this store, poor service and a clear lack of services to be offered, we felt stressed with this whole situation!

Required a replacement laptop charger at very short notice, Argos – 3 days, Amazon – 2 days, Curry’s – 5 days. This place…2 minutes.

Walked in, friendly and knowledgeable staff asked me what I needed and charged a very reasonable price for doing so with me walking away, product in hand.

Pity I’m not local else I’d frequent this place far more often. Really helped me out at very short notice and with very good service. Sometimes shopping local is definitely the best way to go.

Had an issue with a power supply a year after buying from here.
I emailed PCBelfast and they were back to me within 1 day and sorted the issue out perfectly and quickly with great customer service
