I had a problem with my desktop and after a 5 minute phone call with Simon he was able to correctly diagnose the problem, and provide me clear instructions on how to troubleshoot and fix it. The service I received was incredibly professional, responsive and friendly. I wasn’t even charged a penny for the support I received. Absolutely brilliant, would thoroughly recommend.
I called PC Connections and spoke to Simon. I explained that my desktop PC was running very slowly and displaying lots of unwanted pop ups! Simon came round and spent an hour cleaning off junk files and various infections. After Simon left, the computer was running much faster, and no more pop ups! I’m very pleased with his service.
