Great service at a reasonable price. I took my laptop in to get it dissassembled and have the CPU fan cleaned. They did this plus checked the hardware and replaced the thermal paste. With tax it all cost only $46.75. The only downside is that they have your computer for a few days. I would have preferred if I could make an appointment and have my laptop back within the same day, but I understand with how this business is they can’t really guarantee that. They were great at getting my laptop back within the 2-3 business days they promised though. All around great place.
I have contracted and worked for PC Doctor in the past, and have directed 4-5 of my past customers to them, and always been impressed with the care they gave them. Their techs know what they are doing and keep up to date in the latest viruses, tools, and hardware changes. They are easy to work with and offer free diagnosis. They are worth their cost, and as for that, they often undercharged for the one offs I have seen them do! Highly recommend!
My desktop computer would not boot up. I was very confident in their free analysis and they answered all my questions. They did not make promises they couldn’t keep and I knew what outcomes were possible. They were able to repair the HD to the point of being able to mirror it to the new one and it was completed sooner than expected. All this for a very reasonable price and so much less hassle than getting a new PC! Thank you PC Doctor!
