Highly recommend this place. I had a serious issue with my laptop. I had accidentally installed the wrong driver and it was causing a constant restart loop, where I could not even get onto the main Windows login screen.

I took the laptop round, early afternoon, on a Friday. I was called a few hours later to say it had been fixed. The team also did more than I expected (at no extra cost), performing a “service”, as one may call it, including updating the BIOS that I did not know was outdated, updating some Microsoft stuff and, with my permission, removing 2 pieces of free maintenance software that could cause issues. I was going to remove at least 1 of these anyway (which almost certainly caused the main issue), but they did it for me.

They also recommended a paid anti-virus program, which I would pay for and they installed. I picked the laptop up again on Monday and paid for all in one go.

Fully recommend this place!

I took my laptop there because it kept crashing.
3 times they told me they had fixed it just for it to crash the next day. Then they told me I must install their special expensive anti virus on the 4th time.
Crashing persisted.
They took PS250 and couldn’t figure out why it was crashing or give me a refund but did make up reasons why it would crash every time. Took it somewhere else and it turned out the laptop had components that were not compatible.

I’ve had a problem with Internet on my laptop. I brought it in to the shop, it turned out it was a software which has been installed was causing a problem and blocking internet connection. They have managed to get it all sorted for me while I was there. Very helpful and talented people. Strongly recommend this place. !
