3 weeks ago I walked into this place, as I was on the fence about building my first ever PC. I though I had a grasp of what I would need thanks to countless you tube videos. The Owner did not need to help me at all as i was not in a position to buy anything directly from him. He even recommended sites that he trusts for me to order the parts from.

He very kindly corrected some of my incorrect knowledge and set me on my way very confident of building my own PC.

Now I’m typing this review up on my brand new self built PC.
If I ever have any problems with this PC I will be certainly making the journey down to use him for repairs and advice in the future.

Maybe this is less of a review of the company but a glowing recommendation of the man (Owner) i met that day.

Had a desktop repair through PC Express, customer service and communication was excellent and my issue was resolved within three days at a good price. They also cleaned the pc and sorted the cable management out meaning that the pc is running a whole lot smoother too – if I have any other issues this will definitely be the first place I go to. Staff are really friendly and I have recommended to friends.

I went in today for a diagnostic assuming my computer needed serious specialist Attention. I was met with the kindest man who promptly helped me with excellent service free of charge. Fixed both my laptop and my girlfriends. True credit to the community. The best respectful experience. Exceptional customer service. Will be recommending to anyone in need of his service.
