Said was very helpful today. My laptop wouldn’t charge since yesterday. I thought it may be due to a faulty charging cable but I tested with a different cable today, and that didn’t make any difference. So I searched online for a reliable place to fix my laptop issue as I urgently need to finish some homework for university. I found Pc Fix Computer Solutions on Google. The reviews were excellent. I called the number to discuss my problem and headed over to Whitechapel. Said was very kind, patient and helpful. He not only fixed my problem but also gave me a better RAM than I originally had, and recommended how to improve the performance of my laptop which is very slow. Juned saved my hard drive!!

Other stores were asking for ridiculous amounts of money to retrieve the data from my hard drive but Juned was really honest and said my hard drive wasn’t corrupted and all it needed was a simple fix. He saved me time and money and was extremely friendly.

Really happy to have stumbled across this place. It’s a bit hidden as the council took away the signs (you can find them in the basement of 37 New Rd, has a blue door) but it’s very much worth it.

Got SCAMMED! Charged me PS40 for HALF of a charger that was second hand. Prices of these are about PS10-PS15 on Amazon. He saw me walking in and thought this was his chance to take advantage of someone. Despite being friendly and giving away PS5 off ( he originally wanted to charge me PS*45*, he was misleading in selling his products, overcharged extortionately, and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
