I rang this shop with a query about an Amazon Kindle tablet as I needed it repairing. The gent said he didn’t deal with repairs so I asked his advice on a factory reset. He gave me accurate knowledgeable advice that I couldn’t find online even tho he knew there was no work for him. I completed a factory reset and bingo job done. Very impressed thankyou.
Steve is absolutely fantastic. I have just recently bought two laptops and he came around and set them up after I spent 3 days trying to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of IT whether its windows 10 google, office his knowledge is second to none. Thanks a lot Steve
