This place should have zero stars. I wanted a screen replaced on an I phone 6. I asked if they could do this. I was told no problems and to return in an hour for my phone. 1 hour later i returned to collect my phone. They had replaced it with the wrong colour screen. I decided to take the phone as didn’t see this as a huge problem. Later that day i noticed that the screen they had fitted was coming off. I called back to the shop only to be accused of dropping the phone and they would put a new one on at a reduced cost. They then said i should have gone to apple instead as they have problems with the I phone 6 screens. Maybe they should have said this before they took my money. I decided to leave the shop and go to another one. The other shop i took it to told me that some of the origional parts from inside such as the touch id sign in had been replaced with a counterpart for no reason. They had also took the batteryout and replaced this with a counter part for no reason.
In a nutshell they took my phone robbed the inside for parts and gave me back a phone with a broken screen and a battery that only lasts 1 hour. The phone is now useless.

I was collecting a new iPad pencil which I had ordered the day before I also took in my iPad which needed a new screen and my wife’s phone which needed a new charger port and screen. These were done while I waited.
I have been before for upgrades and other things in the past.
The service is always first class and the gentleman who owns it is a pleasure to talk too and always informative and friendly.
If you have any repairs or indeed a new phone or other technical issues this is the place to come. Highly recommend.

Absolutely 5 star. Service second to none. iPhone touch screen stopped working whilst in Seaburn on holiday. Apple in Newcastle wanted in excess of PS200 to repair it but we’re more interested in selling me a new phone. Called in here on the off chance of a repair. Sabir replaced it at about a 1/4 of the cost but more importantly he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Can’t rate highly enough, got me out a real dilemma
