Bitterly disappointed, especially in the light of the other reviews. Firstly, sent a text which was obviously intended for someone else. Then texted me at 7.30am to cancel a 9am appointment. Said he had an “emergency callout in Brighton”. Coming up to lockdown, my problem is also an emergency! Clearly got a better offer/bigger job. Texted “have to reschedule to 9am tomorrow”. Not convenient! Had re-arranged other things because I was expecting him. Didn’t respond to my last text where I told him it was imperative he didn’t let me down again. Found someone else a lot more professional. Would definitely NOT recommend!

I called David in a blind panic as I did the whole ‘i can upgrade this’ and then discovered . . . Maybe I can’t! The very next day he was round and began sorting my PC based mess out! ( I’m a Mac man to be fair! ) but he duly took away my PC and a few hours later, back! All working and spinny fast too! New psu and processor popped in and I am back on my merry way creating crazy 3D stuff for race teams! Couldn’t recommend him enough! Top service! Lesson learnt too

Called David about 9pm last night, as in urgent need of a computer part, and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He came this morning, fitted the part, and my computer is now tip-top and working again. I would highly recommend David, whose rates are extremely reasonable, and shall keep his details should I ever need assistance again.
