Contacted them when I almost gave up, thinking I cant fix my laptop.

These people spoke with me on the phone, patiently letting me explain everything. They come back with a quote for the repairs needed, and we agree on it. Laptop is picked up in the next days.

The due diligence they did was impecable. Not only they fixed my display issues, but also identified other critical problems to the Battery, SSD and display chip which they fixed promptly. All in the same inital agreed budget.

Now the laptop is back with me, working just as well as the first time I brought it.

P.S: they use professional tools for in depth cleaning, restoration and repairs, which really impressed me. And they replaced mulfunctioning parts with high grade spare parts they ordered.

Richard helped me out recently, troubleshooting my newly built machine. I was able to use some of the components that Richard brought with him on the day. He is knowledgeable enough but I was mostly able to diagnose the problem myself after using the components – my takeaway was that the processor was faulty and indeed that’s what it turned out to be. One star taken away because I think that the service is quite pricey. However, Richard was understanding of the situation and cut me a good deal on the day. Good experience overall.

My PC with 14 years of precious and personal data / photographs crashed yesterday before I was able to transfer the files to an external hard drive. PCHospital came to my home that evening and I don’t know how, but within an hour he had managed to get the hard drive to function again long enough for me to download/transfer all my files. A potential catastrophe was averted and I am deeply grateful for the excellent service I received. Gets a very big thumbs up from me
