Excellent service, my dad has been writing his life stories on to his laptop, when he put in the power cable smoke started pouring out of the keyboard the laptop would not switch on, he was devastated that he had lost months worth of stories, found Steve on the internet and he offered me hope, dropped the laptop off and couple of hours later he had managed to remove the hard drive and transferred the data to my laptop!
