I recently got my 2017 Macbook Pro’s batter changed by them! I would highly recommend their service. Price is fair, service is great! The most important thing is, they do things a lot quicker than Apple does. I went to Apple in Doncaster before them thought they could just change my battery within a couple of hours or something, but they told me it’ll take them 5-7 days. Then I started searching for authorized repairers and found PC Medic. They did it for me in 1 day even when they had to order the battery in (since it’s an old Mac).

Excellent service. I rocked up with no appointment with a computer that was fried thanks to a few days of sitting in a wet bag, courtesy of a leaking water bottle. As expected, the computer (Surface pro) was completely dead, but Kirk was able to retrieve all the data from it. Totally up front about costs at every stage, he kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and gave me the option to continue or not. Managed to retrieve all my data, for which I am very grateful.

I have taken several computers in for repair over the years and
every time the fault was repaired on the 1st time.
He explains the problem it terms I can even understand and always carries out the work without fuss on time and doesn’t charge a fortune.
