If i could give more than 5 stars, i would.

The level of support and service that Chris provides is truly exceptional. I’m not a novice with PC building and i can easily say not only does he provide truly expert guidance and advice, but he will go out of his way to ensure he answers any questions you may have providing a consistently excellent service .

Once you are one of his customers, you’re under his care for as long as you need it. He helped me with a build nearly 2 months ago and he continues to advise me on anything i might have an issue with. I won’t use anyone else now for anything related to my pc.

If he charged double, i’d still feel like he’s earned his money, phenomenal service and highly competitive prices. It’s worth going out of your way for.

I took my sons PC to Chris for repair as it had become extremely slow to the point that we couldn’t even use it.

Chris was very transparent from the start. Told us exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take for repairs etc.

The end result was that the PC is back home now, working as though it is brand new.

My son is happy as he has his gaming/homework PC back and I’m happy that I didn’t get ripped off as you do at some of the shops.

If ever I have sny PC or laptop related problems in the future, I know where to go.

Absolute pleasure doing business with Chris! The best customer service you could come across. Really knowledgeable about tech in general. My PC would crash everytime I get in game. It was dirty, he cleaned it thoroughly inside and out then took my PC home to where the game would still crash. Then took time out of his day to help me over the phone to update all my drivers and get my PC back up and running. Only good things to say about him and his customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend! With incomparable prices.
