I visited PC-MOT with my laptop which as well as being slow also had issues with the touchpad buttons. Dean, the owner of PC-MOT offered helpful solutions to the issues I had but as my laptop was more than 7 years old I decided I should get myself a new one. There were a number of different laptops available and Dean explained the benefits of each one. He said he would transfer everything from my old laptop to the new one at no extra charge and contact me once it was ready. Within an hour he messaged to say it was all done and ready to collect.

Contacted PC-MOT on a Friday due to my work computer suddenly becoming unusable. Dropped it in just before they closed and they stayed on to confirm diagnosis there and then. Hard drive had failed and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. Had a call on the Monday late morning to say all work had been carried out, tested and that it was ready to collect. Computer is now lightning quick and with all my files and programs working faultlessly. Excellent service and PC-MOT will now be my ‘goto’ for all things computer related.
