I’ve had problems with my pc I phone David and he was very helpful and explains things that he will do to see if there was any problems he even used teamviewer and explain several things that I never knew about. He has been very helpful and understanding and if I don’t understand what he has spoken about he explains it in a less complex way for me to understand him. The custom service he delivered has been the best and would suggest anyone who goes to him will not be disappointed. Very friendly and easy to talk to and patience when trying to explain the issue with PC.

I was adding the finishing touches to a project which was due in the next day when my laptop ran out of charge and would not recharge. I looked on google maps for somewhere I could go early the next day to finish and submit it before the deadline. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a 24/7 service. I called PC-NE at 11 o clock at night and 40 minutes after I arrived with my laptop he had retrieved the files I needed and I was able to finish on another device the same day. Great, fast, friendly service despite the late hour.

Excellent service I can totally recommend. Called David at PC-NE when my laptop failed and after another local provider said they would take several days to look at it unless I paid a premium to go fast-track (which could still take up to 2-3 working days). Instead I got a super quick diagnosis and temporary repair done the very next day (Saturday!) while we waited for the spare part to be delivered. All at an excellent price.All fixed now and will definitely use David again future if anything goes wrong!
