Truly brilliant, couldn’t recommend more for repairs.

First time round I had a “coffee accident”, and they replaced the keyboard as intended, everything was normal. They also glued a huge crack my dog caused in the past which was starting to cause problems with opening/closing the lid. Talk about value for money!

Very recently, the crack came back (this is a year later after a quick extra fix on the side bear in mind!) So took it in for a more focussed repair on the crack. Once the part arrived I forgot that I had an exam in 4 days (what can I say, I forget things). With this in mind though, I let the employee know and although I could easily use another computer while they replace the part, the employee effectively rebuilt the laptop with the new base overnight for no extra charge!!!!

In a nutshell, an incredible company that cares immensely for their owners. Thank you so much pc nerd!

PC Nerd was great, when my laptop screen cracked AND it was very slow. It wasn’t just a load of stuff that had installed itself, but an old and dying hard drive. Had practical advice about cost/benefits of screen replacement, complete clean-up of my laptop and a new hard drive for a very good price. Excellent service, quick, helpful, don’t mystify with jargon. Would highly recommend. The latest Windows 10 Update has messed up my old AMD desktop (again) and I can’t access my stuff, so will be heading along there again today!

I had a PS5 that was overheating and they were able to resolve the issue, the only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was originally said it’d probably be ready next day (tues) or latest the day after (wed) but it wasn’t available until the Friday. My console hasn’t overheated since and has been very quiet!
