Horrible customer service, asked do they got a hdd for sale, said the price and i said that i will think about it so then i asked what brand is it, got the answer that hes not gonna tell me anything becouse i dont want to buy it.. man was really rude and angry.. i didnt want to say anything more so i left the shop. Was disapointed, you cant speak with costumer like that. Never coming back in that shop.
Gentleman there is always exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. I’m not technically literate, when I say I want a thing that makes my tablet/ phone/ thing work, he has so much patience! And we sort out exactly what I need. I would go to his shop rather than any other outlet.
Very friendly, professional staff. Managed to recover the data for my mother in-laws laptop at a fraction of the cost quoted from an online company. She was very grateful and I would recommend them to anyone with a computer problem.
