Brutal.. Dropped off computer to see if info could be retrieved as the screen was broke. When I dropped it Kevin stated the obvious which meant a two min Google search would have given him the answer he would need. He took the computer which I thought was odd, but assumed he was busy an did not have time to look quickly. Over a month later I go to the store and nothing has been done to the computer and when a call is made to inquire the exact info stated a month earlier was said and take it to another computer store….. Obvious wont be back here again
Excellent service. I had a major problem with my computer. I thought all my pictures were lost! Lots of problems repaired, and computer running like new.

Couple days ago, I had a problem come up, and I could not access my computer.
I took it in, and it was fixed there and then. No cost !!

Went in to get help with my tablet in 2022. Was ignored and never helped by anyone. Then, when a worker finally came to my aid, he didn’t even know what make my Samsung tablet was. What sorta store can’t recognize what a Samsung tab is? Or how to tell the model and what kinda SD card it needed?? Best Buy and The Source helped me way better to be honest.
