Highly recommend PC Place! Every time I have gone I have not been disappointed but my most recent experience was exceptional. My son was having some issues with tech stuff that were beyond my capabilities to assist with. When we came in with some questions the young man that helped us was amazing with my son and offered for him to bring in his equipment to help him figure out the problem. When we came back he really took the time to explain things to my son in a way that made sense to him. We did not feel like a burden or patronized like some tech shops can make people feel. The price is always reasonable and the customer service has always been great.

PC Place is wonderful! I went there to have my GPU fixed and before fixing it they asked a few questions to clarify what happened to it. While doing so they found that I still had my warranty and advised me to use it so I can have my GPU replaced for free rather then spending some money on repairing it. The employees here care about their work and aren’t looking to rip anyone off. If I ever need tech support again I will undoubtedly come here. I highly recommend PC Place.

Go in to have a hp laptop looked at tell them what is happening and all they can say is I purchased junk it is no good. I am sure hp is a respectable company that doesn’t sell junk. Or they would be out of business by now. The fellow with the act accent there needs the keep his opinion to him self
