I rarely type up reviews for places but this place is so unbelievably fast, cheap, and high quality that I needed to.

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in good hands. The lady working there was super friendly and knowledgeable, and wasted no time in diagnosing and repairing my PC.

One of the things that shocked me the most was their cheap prices. I had received quotes from other stores that were significantly higher – like 3 – 4x higher. And despite their low prices, the quality of their work was exceptional.

I was also initially concerned that I would be without my computer for an extended period, but the technician worked so fast. I was pleasantly surprised to have my computer back in my hands sooner than I had anticipated. I dropped it off and got it back within the same afternoon!

Not only did they repair the issue but they cleaned my motherboard, zip-tied the wires, gave me a run-down of everything they had done while giving me advice for the future. They returned everything to the proper boxes and left things far more organized than I had left it when I dropped it off.

The attention to detail and quality of their work is quite literally unrivaled by any store I have ever been to, regardless of industry. This is the bona fide best PC repair store that exists, period.

Came in today for a battery replacement, I never got her name but the lady working this morning was amazingly helpful. She was able to troubleshoot my Thinkpad and get it to power on after removing the battery. She also helped walk me through receiving support from Lenovo through my warranty, which she didn’t have to do. Didn’t even charge me for her time. Definitely a trustworthy business. Thank you.

Elderly man standing outside smoking for half hour while multiple children walk to and from their karate classes. He did not attempt to shield them from the smoke or simply turn the other way so the smoke wasn’t blowing at them. If you decide to smoke, good for you, but no need to expose innocent children walking past. I believe he may be an owner which looks even worse on his behalf.
