Hi. My laptop would not boot up and I could not do anything at all on it. I honestly thought I would have buy a new one it was so bad. I spoke to Graham explaining the problem. I took it to them and waited for the bad news that it needed a new expensive hard drive or a very expensive repair. Graham contacted me the very next day to say that he had repaired the laptop and is now ready for me to pick it up also stating the cost of the repair. I could not believe how little he charged me and my laptop is now absolutely great. What a absolutely great and trustworthy guy Graham is. I would most certainly recommend PC Repair Pendle to anyone. Amazing!!!! Quick response to our enquiry. The communication was brilliant. Our 2 year old laptop was running slowly, wouldn’t run Netflix or Teams. Literally had it less than 24 hours and had it sorted. Can’t rate this company enough. Very knowledgeable and I feel reasonably priced. I would happily recommend. I was very happy with the service provided.
Superb! My laptop hard drive broke – it’s traumatic but the problem was diagnosed immediately, repaired incredibly quickly (it was a weekend!) and the vast majority of my data reinstalled. First class, sensibly prized, speedy service & very friendly to boot. I’ve no hesitation in holeheartedly recommending them to everyone.
