Great service from Alex, very highly recommended. Took my PC in on a Sunday, upfront with the costs (& even transparent about how I could save myself some money), prompt response throughout. In the end, my issue was with a cable and not the PC itself, and I wasn’t charged anything for the trouble, which was an extremely decent gesture. I can only echo all the other five star reviews. Would definitely use again in the future – thanks Alex!
My laptop shut down during a flight to Edinburgh. When I landed, at 1pm on a Sunday, I find out about PC repair services. I made a contact and Alex responded immediately. Facing urgent needs to have access to the files in my laptop, Alex solved the bug in 2 hours and even brought me the laptop to where I was. Extraordinary service and quality! My laptop crashed out of nowhere and Alex was so quick to help me with it! He was super kind, helpful and explained everything that was happening in a way I could understand. (As I am someone with very little tech knowledge.) He was very patient and got the laptop fixed really quickly for a reasonable price.
