I had a nasty sound coming from my notebook and a few other issues. I am partially disabled, so I was very grateful that Kevin came to see me. He was very patient. Even though he took my notebook with him, he returned it to me within a few hours, fully mended and working better than beforehand.
I would highly recommend Kevin, not just because he’s a very good repair guy, but he’s also very cheap and a friendly person.

I unfortunately could not gain access to a laptop I had been given. A phone chat on a Monday quickly put me at ease and delivering the laptop the following morning, I was able to pick it up later that day with access restored and a new updated operating system installed together with new software.
