Having used this firm on two occasions I cannot speak highly enough of the service. In both instances a new windows installation became necessary and the technician effected the process seamlessly whilst saving and reinstalling all my files and important software. An added bonus was a well overdue thorough vacuum clean of the inside of my machine.
