We’d been suffering from poor wi-fi signal at home for some time, it was really impacting our ability to work from home.
I contacted PC ResQ for some advice and Hefin was able to come around within couple of days. After he ran some checks, he clearly explained the options and recommendations. We chose to have some extra hardware installed which he did straight away. The results have been excellent and have had reliable wi-fi ever since. Really pleased that we used PC ResQ and will definitely ask Hefin for advice if we have any future IT problems.
