As a small business owner I rely on my computer and technology for my business to run smoothly. When they don’t, it literally costs me money. The first time I used PC Service on Site was when Ontario was in the first COVID-19 lockdown. I had a new small business that I was struggling to keep afloat, and my ancient laptop broke down. I was scrambling to get together an ecommerce site, and I had no laptop. Purchasing a new laptop certainly wasn’t in the budget. I phoned Pete from PC Service on Site in a genuine panic. Not only did Pete soothe my frazzled nerves and calm me down, he fixed my ancient laptop with an extremely affordable solution. Since then I have used PC Service on Site three or four more times for the hiccups that I’ve experienced with my technology in my small business. Every single time Pete has calmly and quickly resolved my issues with genuinely affordable solutions. I honestly could not recommend Pete and PC Service on Site more. He truly deserves six stars out of five.

I am very happy with the 5 star service provided by Peter. Recently my computer crashed and I was afraid I had lost all of my business data. Peter normally provides IN HOME service; however under covid restrictions, he retrieved my data and remotely installed it on a new computer. Personally, I found him very helpful and enthusiastic about his work. His fees are reasonable and he is always available when extra help is needed.
