2023 – Went to PC shop again to get the main old HD hard drives on my wife and my computers, Mike installed new SSD drives on both machines. He also copied all the software from the old drives and ensured that the systems were functioning. Great service and price.
2023 – Part 2. 3 months later. My very old hard drive used for backup was failing and had Mike install another SSD. Mike installed the new drive and tested system. He also noted I was missing some files for my video card and found them online and installed them Video really improved.
Mike knows computers and I would again recommend him for sales and services of PS, monitors, laptops and any computer hard ware or service you need.

2020 – My son ordered his gaming computer from Mike at PC Shop. What a machine. My son is very pleased with it. All top quality parts used. Previously have bought two desk top computers from Michael. I have had no issue with either machine. The machines are built with quality. I have also bought upgrade parts and peripherals. Michael knows a lot about computers and can answer all your questions and supply you with good machines, service and parts. I will continue to deal with Michael and PC Shop Computers and will be ordering a new desk top for my grand daughter.

I took my computer to him because it kept crashing. I paid $65 and he told me he fixed it and that it was as good as new. I got it home and I couldn’t even sign in. I tried for quite a while but it just kept buffering. I brought it back the next day and he told me my hard drive was shot and I needed a new one. I told him it was still under warranty so I’ll take it back and get it fixed where I bought it. I asked if I could get a refund considering I paid money to have a working computer and it wasn’t working. He told me he wouldn’t refund my money. I have been a regular customer of his for about 14 yrs but I won’t be coming back. I just think this totally wrong. Shouldn’t he be trying to keep his regular customers happy? I’m certainly not happy that I paid $65 for a computer that didn’t even work.

PC stopped working and was told it was the motherboard and had it replaced .. after getting home I realized the graphics card, the PC initially had, was missing and I only had integrated graphics. After returning to his shop he told me that he doesn’t “remember” where it went when he repaired my PC and that I should buy another one for $80+tax .. buddy stole my graphics card and made it seem like I “misplaced” it so I could basically buy it back! Took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge on PCs. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
