Der Ladenbesitzer diagnostizierte einen Wasserschaden an meinem Laptop und erklarte mir aufrecht die notwendigen Reparaturen und deren Kosten. Er beriet mich umfassend hinsichtlich der Reparatur im Ausland und half mir, die kostengunstigste Losung zu finden, auch wenn er dadurch einen Kunden verlor. Ausserdem wurden mir fur die Diagnose nicht einmal Kosten berechnet. Enorm ehrlich, geduldig und menschlich. Serdecznie dziekuje!

I rang up this place and they said I could bring it round immediately. After about a minute, the laptop was up and running again and they refused to take any payment, as the “repair” was so quick and easy – for them!

Ich war sehr verzweifelt als mein Laptop heute mitten in einem BIOs Update angehalten ist und nichts mehr funktioniert hat und bin direkt zum PC Spezialisten gegangen. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten war das Problem behoben. Der Inhaber war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat mir sogar was zu trinken angeboten. Er hat mir auf jeden Fall den Tag gerettet 🙂
