In May we had to have a new hard drive. Today I realised that there was some information I didn’t have backed up and in desperation I rang and spoke to Ben. He rang me back in no time at all having found the old drive, retrieved the information and emailed it to me. This is why people should use a small local business. Thanks for saving the day Ben 🙂
Such good service. I arrived with a very poorly old laptop. It was immediately assessed free of charge. Whilst I was offered various upgrade options, I was also offered a refurbished laptop at a very reasonable price. I chose to take the refurbished option.
