Gareth came out promptly after we had an attempted scam, and checked through all our devices to ensure that there was nothing on them that should not be there. fortunately there was not! He was very reassuring and thorough. We were very pleased with the service and have no hesitation in recommending him if you need computer repairs etc.
Gareth was quick to respond to my message of whether he could improve the performance of my laptop. He quickly diagnosed it was due to an old hard drive. He picked it up the next morning and returned it the following day and my laptop has never been so quick! All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend. Fixed a software problem with Window operating system. Suggested improvements to hardware (home PC) which have really improved its performance. Work carried out quickly and at a very fair price
